Adults and children over 12 years take once per day.
Use enclosed measuring scoop, fill to the brim, and take directly or in water.
Shake the container well before using.
Keep in cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening, but not below 40°F.
After use close the bottle immediately and use within 4 weeks.
