Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product and use a method of shipment which you can track. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. OurFavoriteHealthProducts.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Items normally ship within 24 hours of receipt of order except on weekends and holidays when the USPS and FedEx do not provide service for the method of shipment chosen.
