You may return any item purchased from the OurFavoriteHealthProducts.com online store for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. The product ship date is the date of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product and use a method of shipment which you can track. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Our Favorite Health Products reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
